This lady has gone far abd beyond. I used her for new home as a buyer. She did not say "it's a seller market, she said "what do you want me to negotiate ". I used another buyer realtor for 16 months who just wanted me to overpay. I had to do my own market research on every house I looked at with former realtor who pressured me to offer more than I felt I should offer. I will Only Recommend Minerva to my family and friends for buying or selling. I've found a 10! God Bless Minerva! 100% satisfied as a buyer and a seller.

Minerva is absolutely the best. I’ve worked with her in more than one real estate deal and I’ll continue using her. When I sold my house I had another agent scoff at the price she recommended. They didn’t know the market or timing like Minerva did. She put in the research and got my family the best deal possible. I might also add that she had an open house and had my house sold in about 2 months after the listing for more money than anyone thought. She’s always there to answer questions and offer advice and she’ll get to know your family and situation to be on the lookout for deals in homes that she thinks would be a great fit. She’s the realtor I choose forever.

Unethical and no moral compassCase # 17-05, Dayton Area Board of Realtors (DABR)December 1, 2017, realtor Minerva Bieri, Coldwell Banker Heritage, was found to be in violation of Articles 1, 2 and 5 of the Code of Ethics. Ms. Bieri violated Article 1 when she purchased the subject property while Complainant’s interest in purchasing the property was continuing. Ms. Bieri violated Articles 2 and 5 when she failed to adequately disclose to Complainant her ongoing interest in purchasing the subject property and that she had purchased the property. Recommendation for disciplinary action included that Ms. Bieri complete, at her own cost, a live seminar on an Ethics course and an Agency course, and that the Board issue a Letter of Warning.Case # 2017-000561, Department of Commerce, Division of Real Estate & Professional LicensingMarch 27, 2018, realtor Minerva Bieri, Coldwell Banker Heritage, was issued an advisory letter in lieu of completing the disciplinary process to address the situation that prompted the complaint and investigation. Ms. Bieri was reminded she is required to maintain high standards of professional conduct per the Real Estate Canons of Ethics, Section1, Article 1. She was advised that failing to comply with their advice could result in a future Division action.Ms. Bieri agreed to represent me (for a 3% commission to which the seller agreed) as the buyer of a FSBO property in Clifton, OH. While she continued to act as my agent, Ms. Bieri purchased the property for herself.
